o rising tuition rates
o cost of attendance
o nutrition
o transportation
1876 Athletic Foundation is a Proud Sponsor of NO Script: ON THE HILL: This documentary follows the compelling journey of HBCU football players at Prairie View A&M University as they navigate the challenges of everyday life on and off the field. Witness the highs and lows of these athletes as they balance academics, relationships, and the pursuit of their dreams amidst the unique culture of Historically Black Colleges and Universities. Through intimate interviews and competitive game footage, the film explores themes of resilience, brotherhood, and the enduring legacy of HBCU football.
THE MISSION
The 1876 Athletic Foundation seeks to partner with Prairie View A&M University to enhance the success of student-athletics by fostering corporate partnerships, funding scholarships and pioneering career development initiatives in support of the athletic department.”
Fund scholarships for our 343 student-athletes. The estimated cost for a scholarship in 2020 is over $26,000.
This is how PVAMU joins the seven self-sustaining NCAA Division 1 programs in the nation. PVAMU Athletics provides more than $3.69 million in student aid for over 300 student-athletes each year.
